What happens when you get in touch
Email me and say what is going on, or what you want building, in whatever words you have. There is no technical form to fill in. I ask the follow-up questions that actually matter, and if I need to look at the site myself I tell you exactly what access that needs.
Then you get a number. Fixed for a build, fixed monthly for a care plan. If what you are asking for is not worth doing I will say so at that point rather than after you have paid for it. After that I get on with it, and you hear from me in plain English while the work is happening.
Questions I get asked a lot
Do you use Elementor or Divi?
Not for anything built from scratch, no, I write those by hand. But if that’s what your current site runs on, I’m happy to maintain it. That’s most of what the care plans are for.
How much does a new website cost?
Straightforward brochure sites start from £1,500. Sites that take bookings or payments, or that plug into a CRM or a stock system, start around £5,000. You get a fixed number before any work starts, and no surprise invoices after it.
What’s actually included in a maintenance plan?
Core, theme and plugin updates, backups, security monitoring, and a real person answering when something breaks. Full breakdown on the care plans page. Paying for a year up front costs ten months rather than twelve.
Do you work with businesses outside your local area?
Yes. Everything’s remote and handled by email, so location isn’t a factor either way. I’m based in Worcestershire, though, so if you are local there is more detail on Worcestershire and Herefordshire.
How quickly will you get back to me?
Within 48 hours for a general enquiry. Care plan clients get it in writing: same-day emergency response on Priority Care, 24 hours on Growth & Speed, 48 hours on Core Care.
